I am very happy to recommend Better Care Home Health Services if you are in need of Home Health aid to assist you in your own home. I am so happy I found them. They are like family to us. Raphia the Social Worker helped us from start to finish and both my parents were approved for services in a timely manner They are very professional and caring.

Better Care Home Health Services was referred to us by a Neighbor. I called and the next Day Raphia was at my parent’s door for assessment. From that moment she took over and referred my mom for home and community-based services. She came to all the assessments with the enrollment broker, PCA and others. My mom then got approved and I was hired by Better Care to be her direct care worker. Both Abiba and Raphia became family members. my family and I are so grateful we found them.
